Fume hood
Fume hood is intended for the protection of an operator during the work with hazardous chemicals and slightly toxic substances providing their effective removal from operating zone.
As a rule, it is used during works connected with liberation of fumes and gases that are harmful for human health, as well as during the works with substances requiring removal of by-products.
Fume hoods are intended for use together with outer exhaust ventilation system.
Fume hood is not intended for the work with harmful and potentially harmful pathogens and microorganisms.
