KUPERTEK grinder is a belt grinding machine intended for grinding and processing of products made of metal, wood, stone, glass, plastics, etc. The machine is notable for usability and does not require special maintenance. It is possible to use grinder for implementation of the following technological tasks:

deflashing;
removal of small defects on surface;
cleaning of corrosion layers;
deflashing after laser, plasma and other cutting;
tool sharpening;
grinding of various surfaces;
wooden surface treatment;
pipe cutting for welding, etc.

During the development (design) of the grinder, the main task was to create a compact, reliable, safe, multifunctional, inexpensive and usable device. It was important that after the purchase, there were no need to solve a great deal of tasks connected with connection, installation, placement of a frequency changer, etc. Everything must be simple: turn on and work!!!

Why:

1. Compact: All control elements are mounted in one housing. This means that there is no need to search for addition place to install a frequency changer, starter, etc.

2. Reliable: In our grinder’s construction, we use alloy steel for important units, bearings and electronic devices produced by European manufacturers.

3. Safe: One of the priority tasks of grinder’s design was the maximum possible level of safety of an operator during the work with equipment. For this purpose, we have mounted two protective casings, which (by changing the direction of sparks and abrasives) exclude the possibility of their contact with eyes. We placed the grinder emergency stop button on the front panel. Moreover, the thermal protection of frequency changer is also provided.

4. Multifunctional: Our grinder deserves to be called multifunctional…

With the help of a rotary table, it is possible to change the position of belt from horizontal to vertical and vice versa during 15 seconds.
Moreover, with the help of accessories, it is possible to remove rust and paint from surfaces with complicated geometry.
For pipe constructions welding, it is possible to cut pipe faces for them to fit properly during welding.
It is possible to polish flat surfaces and surfaces of solids of revolution.
For manufacturers of knives it is possible to quickly and qualitatively create grinds, edges and points. Thanks to a wide range of belt speed changes, it is possible to both sharpen a tool and decorate surfaces made of stainless steel and aluminium.
