Active pass box
Active pass box (pass box) is intended for moving materials between premises with different cleanliness classes.
Air feeding is carried out through the HEPA filter in the upper section of the box. Air exhaust is carried out through the lower section into premises with lower cleanliness class or into the general exhaust ventilation system. Shut doors are blocked with the permanent magnet, which eliminates a possibility of their simultaneous opening.
The box is applied in biotechnological, microbiological and other laboratories with high requirements to purity of air in premises.
Similar products are produced exclusively for the customer’s individual needs. Only the basic features are indicated below.
The peculiarities of the Kupertek Cavalier active pass box:
- operating zone illumination (LED lamp, 6400К) is positioned so that it does not impede laminar flow;
- absence of hidden hollows and slits that are hard to access for sanitization in the operating zone;
- electromagnetic locks on doors.
Optional for the Kupertek Cavalier active pass box:
- production material – stainless steel
- UV lamp in the operating zone;
- surface sheets for wall openings.
